We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. "Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldnâ t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of itâ s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. "This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work."

However buckeye construction got it done in one day on a very tight schedule—that is before the next big storm supposedly arriving early tomorrow morning. They even went the extra mile and attached a chimney a previous contractor left unattached, and put several screws in the roofing on corners at opposite ends of the house a previous roofing company failed to install even though there were holes already there."
