Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "We noticed recently that our roof was leaking where water started dripping down the inside of the walls. We called to get an estimate & were scheduled quickly. On the day of the estimate, they said they could start working on the roof that day which we appreciated. They not only fixed the hole in the one area that was the result of the leak, but they also sealed the entire roof to prolong its life for an estimated 10-15 years, along with some gutter work. Since then it's rained a few times here, & our walls are not leaking anymore. On a side note to show their integrity & thoughtfulness: I recently had a medical procedure so we put a sign on the door not to ring our doorbell as I'm recovering. At one point during the day, they needed an outside electric outlet to continue their work (my house is very old & does not have one). Instead of ignoring the sign, they waited around an hour to get in contact with my husband over the phone, which I was extremely thankful for. Overall wonderful experience with this skilled, courteous, nice, professional company."
