The plumber they sent was on time, friendly, honest (he didn't try to upsell me models) and was less than a third the price of the 1st company I had called. Thankful for a company I can trust, I will absolutely use them again in the future!"

"We were to be the first appointment of the day.  After waiting for some time, we called Tiger to see why the serviceman had not arrived and we were told that he was on the way to our house.  We then waited much longer than it takes to drive from their office to our house.  When the serviceman arrived, we found out that the scheduler had told us an absolute lie because at the time our call he was still in the regular weekly staff meeting which is always held on that day and time.  When he got out of the meeting, he still had to go to the gas station and refuel his vehicle, causing further delay.  The serviceman came and looked at the house and said they charge a flat fee.  Since the man was already here, we paid him $232 in advance and he resolved the problem in fairly short order.  He was polite and professional.  We were glad to have the problem fixed; however, we had to change another appointment we had that day because we were first misled and then lied to as to the time the serviceman could possibly arrive.  We are sorry to be negative in our review, but we feel we must be honest.

"Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.

There were a few things, not related to the kitchen, that came up during the project, which I asked the team to address. They handled them and still were able to work on the kitchen project. The team worked up until they had to wait on the counter top installation; then, returned and finished the job. The job was started on 5/20/19 and was finished on 6/21/19. I highly recommend Honey Do's Solutions, which I have used for other projects."

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done.
