"Brian came out, on time, to give me a quote on fixing the leaks, one set of 4 windows and one set of 3, both 2 stories above deck. I know water leaks are tricky to trace, so his explanation on that was no surprise. There were a lot of loose ends on the trim from the last time someone replaced bad glass; he said he'd address that. (By the time those ends came loose years ago, the repair work was out of warranty.) He checked the water damage inside, the windows outside, gave me his recommendation, what he would do and how he would do it, and a bid. I had him put me on his schedule, as he was booked out aways.
