"Jon and his worker is excellent. You would be foolish not to hire him. In 1 day 2 of them ripped down 4 sides of trim and gutters and replace all the trim exactly how and what I wanted. "We had been experiencing increasing amount of water in our finished basement. We contacted the company and within a few days they came for an inspection. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"GoTo Roofing did a major siding project on my 19th century house in the late summer of 2023. This place has a long history and thus many issues that needed to be fixed prior to placing siding. GoTo Roofing did a fantastic job in all aspects!! From the initial meeting with Alden (one of their project assessors) to the day to day work with Mickey and his team I couldn't be happier. My project was more complicated that most and took a few weeks due to the amount of repair work needed. Mickey and his crew kept me up to date every day with what was going on and status. Every night before the crew left they packed up their tools and materials and made sure the areas were clear of debris!! They did such a good job at this that the night we got hit with 60Mph+ winds nothing was blown around or scattered!! If you are looking for a company for siding or roofing this is the one you want!!"

"The main problem areas (master bed and bath) are definitely warmer. The guys that came and did the work (Ethan and Lamar) were good guys and did the best they could. However, it was sold to me that the gaps would all be filled. They weren't. You can see it on the heat gun. So, I don't feel as thought I was given what I was sold. Yes, it is warmer but we can still see the gaps of cold in several locations when you look at the heat gun. If you hire this company (or any company) to retro-insulate your house, here is some advice: - demand they bring the heat gun when they do the work so that they can tell where they need to drill more holes and put more insulation in. I have no idea why they don't do that anyways. It is counter-intuitive to use the heat gun when you *sell* the job but then not use it when you *do* the job. - tell them to not leave as much mud on the dry wall repairs. The painters suggested this after having to sand down thick layers of mud over the repaired holes. I had some other issues they they were *very* responsive in taking care of. Now, everything is painted and the dry wall is all repaired. Unfortunately, I didn't have them come back with the heat gun until after all of that work was done. So ,I can't afford to have them drill more holes again and repair and paint them all again. In summary, my house is warmer and I think they are good people but they weren't able to do all that they claimed."
