"As the writer of this review I wonder how I might convince you how you can trust the high quality of work done by Installers Now. I am not benefiting in any way from this review except that I feel good about maybe saving somebody some home improvement troubles, and maybe increasing business for Installers Now who absolutely deserve it. Here is one big point you can hang your hat on. There always is an owner of installers now doing the work or directly supervising. They do not sell a job and have some underpaid employee do the work. Then to evaluate some tricky problems, a second owner will analyze and evaluate the situation for the best possible solution. After 30 years of home ownership we experienced some poor home improvement work. In those instances it seems the workers are fairly well-intentioned but apparently were poorly informed about the best way to do things. To do the great job that Installers Now do, it takes an engineering understanding and detailed knowledge of materials, how they need to be applied, and keeping up to date with state of the art techniques and products. This is all what Installers Now does in spades. Then there is even more. Sometimes highly qualified technical people are poor communicators, but that is not at all the case with Installers Now. They explain problems and proposals with engineering position and complete clarity. And further yet, they are personable and friendly and honest in their business handling administration. Whatever you might need to have Installers Now do for you, I would highly recommend getting on their schedule. Good luck!"

He was very professional and easy to talk to and explained in full details what they will provide me with my project. The materials and the warranty on the project that works for my budget. "My home was built in 2004 with an asphalt roof. The area was always subjected to high winds and pieces of my asphalt roof were always breaking off after a few years. I live in a two story single home and frankly was getting tired and old of having to go on my roof and repair shingle panels. I looked at both asphalt and metal choices. The quotes on the asphalt would guarantee the product 25 years. This always sounds good but it would not guarantee minor shingle damage do to wind and weather. I started to investigate metal roofs and although I knew they were more expensive I also knew that it would last my lifetime and beyond. I did extensive research and made a lot of conclusions. My first piece of advice is DON'T go to your local Home Improvement store and seek out local contractors in your area that say they can do a metal roof installation but in reality never did one. There is a certain skill set involved. Secondly look at the quality of the product itself. In my case I wanted the thickest gauge and I wanted what was referred to as Standing Seam. I did not want exposed fasteners with rubber grommets that crack and could break loose in time. The company "Custom Construction Systems" gave me a honest quote which included a complete tear off and new underlayment installed. I definitely wanted that. Some of my neighbors that had lower end metal roofs installed it directly over their old asphalt roof. The product I got was true 24 gauge which is often used in industrial settings. Some of the products at the Home Improvement stores would actually add the paint thickness with the metal thickness. Keep this in mind! The advantages of metal over asphalt are hands down better. If you are environmentally concerned, metal roofing is 98% recyclable and is probably already being used from recycled metal. I was able to see homes and businesses that were done and the company and workers were very professional. My roof turned out beautiful. It was very affordable too for a high quality product and a team of workers that knew how to do metal roof installations. "Custom Construction Systems" also delt directly with the manufacturer of the product. This was a huge advantage in the cost of the project. If you do your own investigating like me you will soon find out that the manufacturers product cost is highly inflated by the distributer. Thanks for reading and good luck."

We were extremely pleased with RMZ's work. Ziggy and an employee, Ralph, took many before-and-after photographs in the attic spaces of the units they worked on. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, and their findings agreed with what we had been told by the building inspector. They were able to accommodate our residents' schedules for their initial inspection/estimate as well as the actual repairs, and communicated well by phone and email. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the process, and even fixed a minor problem without charge (they made a separate trip to diagnose and fix the problem, and did not complete any other work in that unit). The photographs helped us see the initial problems (e.g., insulation covering vents, visible condensation) and the steps that Ziggy and Ralph took to correct them (adding baffle rafter vent chutes, clearing existing soffit vents, etc.). We will absolutely work with RMZ in the future for any roofing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

"We had a leaky roof that shingles were not going to fix. We decided on a metal roof, but couldn't get anyone else to come out and give us a bid. Metal Roofing systems saw our urgency and came out right away. They did an excellent job on the roof. It's held up well with this hard winter and a brief thaw. The only issue I had was the price. After the fact, I've found other roofers that would have done our whole house for less than it cost to do over one room and the porch. It's hard when you are in a hurry to get something done and other contractors won't come out to give an estimate. We love our metal roof!!"
