The owner and one of his employees stopped by and did a thorough inspection of the roof for us and found the main problem. "Slow process (4 weeks) due to dormers, roof angles and the required "cutting to fit" but the installers did a great job of sticking with it to get it done as quickly, professionally & efficiently as possible. We were always informed by the installers as to any issues and what options & solutions were available to complete the work. It was appreciated that they asked us if we had any questions at the end of each day & summarized what the next day would entail. We also appreciated that they always cleaned up after themselves each day. Our new roof looks very nice & we've gotten several good comments from our neighbors.
