"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "I'm thinking of cancelling my treatment and demanding a full refund after just one visit. After setting up my first visit with TruGreen and being told my prices which were promised to be around $26.47 for the first application and around $52.95 for the rest so not terrible in my mind. So imagine my surprise when my first bill is over $79.42, now looking at my bill it seems that a charge for TruPro Grub Control for about $52.95 there a charge I did not ask for and was never asked of me it was just charged with no communication between me and TruGreen. If this is the business practices that TruGreen employs, then I would recommend people looks elsewhere. The sad part is if I had just been called and asked about this I would of given them at least 3 stars for their service so far but with this being what happened after the first service visit I can’t in good faith continue to support or use such a scummy company."
