"Bradley knows what heâ  s doing. I originally hired Seatown Electric to come out and install an in-house backup generator. Bradley came out to install the generator and found that we had some pretty dangerous wiring at the panel and it was not nearly up to code. I was in the HVAC industry 30 years ago and the mechanical theory in which Bradley explained made complete sense. Bradley finished up the generator install and he gave me a bid to fix the issue. The same day, we called Seatown and we made an appointment for him to come back and do the work. Bradley and Austin showed up at 7:50am, 10 minutes before the job started. They met with me and got started. I always like to look at service techs trucks to see what kind of person is working on my home. Bradleyâ  s truck was immaculate. Extremely organized, very clean and it looked like a service truck that was on the DeWalt showroom floor. The instant I saw Bradleyâ  s truck, I knew his work was going to be perfect. The professionalism from both Bradley and Austin was outstanding. They worked extremely hard for almost 11 hours that day. They didnâ  t mess around, they had their mind set on the job and I was extremely impressed at their work ethic. We have been through 4 major renovations between our two homes and have used a myriad of different contractors, but never have we had a team close to as good as these guys. I would put every apprentice with Bradley, he knows what he is doing. Seatown is lucky to have this guy, they better take care of him. Great job guys!"

"After sending out requests to multiple electrician contacting online sites (Angi, etc.), we chose Seatown based on two factors that were important to us: 1) competitive hourly rate; 2) resources. The latter was a paticular critical concern since our elecrical problem incident had resulted in an extension cord being seperated from its plug (minor explosion followed by a spark and smoke) during plug into the wall socket, resulting in the circuit going partial "dead". Consequently, we had concerns that a complex issue may be involved. Seatown initally scheduled us for the next day; however, an electrician became available a couple of hours later and they were able to respond at that time (thank you Brenda). Our problem was resolved after the technician, Gage, check the system, electric panel box, and wall plug-ins on the impacted circuit, and we were back to "full power' within a couple of hours. Gage replaced a 35 year old breaker that was part of the issue. Addiionally, we had him check an outside outlet that would occasionally trip the GFI switch. The outside outlet was part of the GFI system for our three bathrooms. Turns out that due to bathroom remodels a few years ago, that paticulair line was near its maximum load, thus causing the GFI trip if anything above a certain out put was plugged in and operated. It shouldn't present a problem going forward now that we know the load limits. We found the total invoice cost fair and market driven; and Gage not only explained the issue(s) but made sure we actually understood in non-electrical terms. Overall a very pleasent, profession exsperience."

"I've now done a few projects with P.H.E. and I have been extremely happy and satisfied. Troy is the owner and is great about communication, keeping me in the loop on projects, letting me have choices for my accessories, etc....The team of guys that come do the work are great!! They arrive on time, they do their work (quality work), they clean up and they're out. I work an odd shift for work and get off at 1 am and they were awesome enough to arrive early and get the work done without waking me up, I just had to leave a door unlocked for them. That's great customer service. PHE takes their time when it comes to the bill, so they don't over or under charge and that's also appreciated. They have fair prices, I've never had any issues with the electrical work since the jobs have been done and I love that I can just send a text to Troy and let him know I need more work done and he gets me scheduled. This is due to them being a family owned company and not a big chain where I have to deal with a bunch of people just to get an appointment.
