The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent.
