Gil and Oliver both were very thorough in figuring out what needed to be done, and every step of the way if there was ever any ambiguity, they asked questions and came up with great solutions for everything that came up. I have never before had such a good experience with a home renovation, and I wish all contractors were as good as them. My project was fairly involved, with a complete renovation of my kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, and yet the whole process took under a month to get done, and it was done right the first time. His main worker Shawn is highly skilled in a lot of trades, and does an outstanding job of finishing loose ends in a variety of area. Rob and Shawn are master cabinet craftsmen. This was a big job and Rob and team did an outstanding job. I cannot praise him enough and am so thankful we chose him for the project."

"Omar is the proprietor of this business. He is a great contractor and we would rehire him for anything we needed done. He has a history as a finish carpenter, so is by nature very detail oriented. He's worked in the area (Medina) so is used to all the things that come with working here. Noise, cleanup, working hours, parking, material delivery, he knows how to do it all and keep owners and neighbors happy. He accommodated change orders without complaint which let us do minor upgrades along the way. We would 100% recommend him and would be happy to speak to anyone about a referral."

When subcontractor costs came in lower than expected, he was transparent and passed the savings directly on to us. He was always open to discussing budget and adjusting the scope as needed. Even after the final payment, his team returned promptly to handle small fixes, which has not been our experience with other contractors.
