"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

They were just terrific to work worth very knowledgeable and spot on with recommendations changes involved very accommodating never had any question about any cost and we genuinely liked them. You hear horror stories and this was not one of them it was smooth really terrific nothing but good kind things to say would recommend them to anyone."

"Easy quick and very nice."

"We hired White Magic Walls for a kitchen remodel in Queen Anne, and we?re absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. The team was courteous, arrived on time each day, and cleaned up after themselves. Their craftsmanship is outstanding ? you can tell they really care about the details. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work without surprises!"

"Very professional and excellent quality work. They are not cheap but you pay for quality. I would recommend them to anyone who want to get their roof done right."

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"

"Three years ago we obtained three bids to replace two rooms which had carpet with hardwood and then refinish all of our hardwood floors. Rosell Hardwood was one of the bids. When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. Randy and Cort were great to work with and it was so obvious that we hired the right company from the outset. Amber was totally up front regarding both costs and time frames to conclude the project with Randy's personal touch throughout making the difference between a nice floor and the masterpiece that he was able to deliver. This company is quite busy, because they do such an excellent job, however if you are so fortunate to work with them you will not regret it. Our hardwood floors are now a show piece. A superb company that we would highly recommend."

"Our guest bathroom was small and dated, and we needed help figuring out what would work in it. The team helped with planning and design, including a vanity that made better use of the space. It feels brighter and much more comfortable now. We'd gladly refer them to anyone planning an upcoming construction project."

"Carlos helped us to setup a 10×8 pond in our backyard. He was professional and easy to work with. His passion and knowledge for landscaping and building water feature are unparalleled. Highly recommend him for your next project!"
