"Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court."

Roofs can be very stressful, and in addition to the roof replacement, we had many issues with our soffits and fascia boards which had to be replaced due to rot. Every time they came upon a problem, they asked me to come out and showed me what was wrong. They did a professional, thorough job and we now feel very safe in our home. The whole company from the owner down is respectful to your property and self. They turned up on time and they all worked very hard. Their communication is also very good. "Anthony & his wife showed up same day & sealed the driveway pronto. I also needed some roof repair on a flat entry porch & detached garage. Both had drainage issues for which we agreed on a course of action. He offered to do everything for $7,000. "And I'll throw in the driveway" he said. The contract was e-mailed to us & returned with a digital signature. After many broken dates, his crew of 2 guys finally got the porch roof done in 2 visits. That took a month to accomplish. I had already paid for the driveway ($785) because it was, after all, work that was done. Anthony then wanted a check for $7,400. I stupidly paid this in good faith thinking that things would work out according to contract. I looked at it again and noticed the total was for $6850 tax included. He argued against doing the garage which is on the contract. It got done. The work done on the porch is not according to contract & does not solve the issue. He refuses to inspect the work. Absolutely unprofessional."

Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
