We got 7 bids for the work and chose them because they came out in person and were detailed in what they needed to do to both prep the walls, remove/repair the existing 4" backsplash of countertop material, as well as install the tile properly. They brought sample grout colors to help select one that best matched the handmade tile and worked with us on selecting the schluter and options for sealing the tile. They came up with solutions to help the tile fit into the space seamlessly - like it was there from the beginning. While our 7 bids ranged from $1,200 to over $3,400 - Remarkable Concepts actually completed the project in a day at lower price than their original estimate. We appreciated the follow-up they did after they finished the project to make sure we were satisfied and there were no issues/questions with the install."

Lloyd and his team removed those tiles carefully and replaced with the hard Wood. Our home has beautiful hardwood and Lloyd can find the correct type that match original one. "Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
