When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. Randy and Cort were great to work with and it was so obvious that we hired the right company from the outset. Amber was totally up front regarding both costs and time frames to conclude the project with Randy's personal touch throughout making the difference between a nice floor and the masterpiece that he was able to deliver. This company is quite busy, because they do such an excellent job, however if you are so fortunate to work with them you will not regret it. Our hardwood floors are now a show piece. "If they had more stars available for customer service they would get them all! I was getting my house ready to sell and I hired them to replace my carpet and refinish my hardwood floors. They beat every other bid and offered to project manage the 2 jobs since I had already moved out. Not only were they on schedule, they finished early and the floors and carpet looked amazing. My realtor was really impressed with the quality of the job they did! Then just this week they came through for me again. My mom's condo is on the market and the realtor got feedback that the carpet should be replaced. Because time was of the essence, I called E&A to see if they could possibly install new carpet ASAP. They came through big time! The search around locally for carpet that was in stock so we didn't have to wait two weeks to order it and they found a warehouse in Kent, purchased the carpet and it will be installed two days later.
