"I had about six different masonry people come and look at our chimney, which was leaking. Sims Masonry did a beautiful job, because he had to remove bricks, which most of the masonry companies I talked to said, "Oh no, you can't remove any bricks. I was told they would start on Monday but when I got home that evening, it was clear they hadn't started. Called on Tuesday and was told they would start that same day, around noon but I got home and it was clear they hadn't started. Same thing on Wednesday before the project was finally started on Thursday. Communication around when the job will actually start could be stronger.
