"Windows replacement went well. Aaron’s Crew was great, friendly and very professional. We replaced 14 windows and a 2 sliding doors. One of the sliding. Doors we replaced with a French door. We did run into an issue with one window, when it arrived it was the incorrect size. Replacement window was quickly ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Just know that with polar bear your paying for the quality."

"Very well. Though Casey maintains a very busy schedule, he and his assistant Misty were able to fit the repair into their schedule soon after receiving my call. It turned out that one of the rollers had fallen off of the garage door, which was putting tremendous stress on certain parts of the door. In time, the door would have buckled and collapsed. Casey, with Misty's assistance, worked efficiently to repair the door, which required making some adjustments to the area where the problem occurred. Before leaving, Casey tightened every screw and nut, and he lubed the door in all of the necessary places. it now works perfectly."

"In moving to Bellingham in August of 2010, we purchased a condominium that had a problem with water leaking into the crawlspace. Even though the HOA periodically pumped the water out, we wanted a more efficient and permanent solution. The building inspector for our home personally recommended Mark and 'The Carpenter's Brother' as a company that does all types of home repair, including sump and crawlspace work. We met with Mark and he quickly assessed the problem and laid out a simple sump and drainage system that would keep the crawlspace dry, protecting the wood superstructure of the building from eventual mold and rot. Mark and his son quickly did the trenching for drainage and added drain tile and rock. They then installed the sump system and replaced the vapor barrier that had been pushed out of the way by the people that had been doing the periodic pumping. The crawlspace is now clean and dry and the pump is working perfectly so far. Mark and his son were a pleasure to work with and were always easily accessible, on time, and very professional. They impressed us as being good honest people doing high quality work at a fair price. The Carpenter's Brother offers a wide range home repair services and we would recommend them to anyone."

"Today I am going to be calling Trademasters, which is an HVAC and plumbing company. We have a contract with them, they come out and service system twice a year. I think they’re great, they’re fine. I need to call and make an appointment for them to check out the air conditioning. Twice a year they come and check it all out. I did actually go ahead and signed up for the service contract and I certainly would not have done that if didn’t feel like they were excellent in all categories. They are always very responsive, so I appreciate that. If I have something that really needs to be addressed right away, they ensure that somebody comes out very quickly. I think the service contract was probably $250, and for a visit otherwise sometimes it’s pretty pricey, depends what is wrong. "
