"From the start with the estimate by the owner to the completed project I could not be more satisfied. I was so impressed with the honest and integrity of the owner I did not get any other estimates and I am definitely a "shopper." We went to the showroom to pick our selections and this was an excellent experience. We were given a timeline for the start of the project which was a little delayed but constantly communicated to us. A project manager was assigned to the job who checked in person almost every day. Prior to starting the work the entire area from the front door to the bath was covered with self adherent plastic. The attention to detail was perfect. Changes were accommodated. The job was actually completed by one technician who was here every day. Any time I had questions I communicated with the project manager who responded very quickly. Every time I go to that bathroom I am more pleased. I absolutely would use this company for any other project I have in the future. I have an absolute comfort level that I can call with any problems and I know they will be resolved. This is without question a reputable company. Actually I referred them to a long time friend who is having 2 complete bathroom remodels done."

"We had our bathroom redone by PHF Properties. They did an outstanding job we are very happy with the outcome. PJ the owner was great and worked with us on a a very fair price for the work to be done. His wife Hillary was fantastic to talk to on the phone she made sure we were all on the same page. And Scott who actually did the install of new flooring and new vanity and mirror and shiplap did a wonderful job. Scott took the time to show me different tips of his trade. He was just wonderful to interact with. My wife and I would diffidently recommend PHF properties. Five stars plus."

"I didnâ  t have a ton of money for a high end remodel but West Shore Home was the best solution for my bathroom remodel needs. Right from the start the company and the team handling my remodel were Excellent. My salesperson Adam T. was professional and always available when I need a question answered, the Phenomenal job that Matt S and Will H did to install my new bathroom.. although it took two days ( old 1970 tiles made the job extra challenging). They were professional, arrived on time and the clean up was amazingâ ¦ NO MESS left behind. The finished product Absolutely Beautiful!! I would recommend West Shore Home for your bathroom needs especially if youâ  re on a budget."
