I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. "Jack's initial communication was great. We scheduled to replace my basement flooring after a water heater flooding. I bought all of the materials for the flooring. Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

I had filled out their online form that I was looking to have wood floors installed (approx 900 sq ft) and I received a call the next day with co-owner Marcelino coming over a day later. I received the quote by the third day and they started installing the floors in two weeks. The workers were prompt and courteous during the entire time and the floor looks great and left everything clean. It took one day to install the floor and two days for the stairs (one day to install and another day to stain and seal)."
