"The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours but it took 5 hours because the cleaner's equipment kept of malfunctioning, so he had to go exchange the equipment twice. Lots of dirt residue still remains on the playground structure and the top of the structure was not cleaned. Cleaner's attitude and work ethic was good, but execution was not as nice as we desired. "
