We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Power Construction was extremely responsive both via email and by phone. Their salesperson arrived right on time to an early Saturday morning appointment. He explained what he was going to do and then got up on the roof to take measurements. This was noteworthy to me because many other roofers just gave us an estimate using satellite images without ever even talking to us or seeing the house. Our roof has a very flat section and we had wanted advice as to whether we needed a rubber roof. Our salesman was the only one out of more than 5 roofers we received quotes from that actually calcuated the pitch of our roof for us. Overall a great experience and the only reason we didnt hire them is that we found another company who could do the job for less."

Steve was very thorough with his project evaluation, reviewing all the details (such as materials, timing, what to expect, etc.) and answering all my questions. A great thing about working with Steve is he does what he says he will do. He showed up on time for the initial appointment, the estimate came when he said it would, the permit was obtained quickly, and the materials were delivered ahead of the scheduled start of the job. Steve is also great with communications. He responds quickly via email or text and all the contracting and invoicing was done electronically making it extremely easy to do business with Stella Construction. On the day of the job I was sent pictures of what was found after taking off the shingles so I was aware of the roof repairs that would be needed prior to laying the new shingles and those repairs were in line with my expectations based on Steve s assessment when he submitted his estimate. The job started and ended on time and was completed on budget. Based on this experience I will use Stella Construction for future home projects!!"
