"They started doing my lawn. I think this is the second treatment. What has been happening is around my house the grass is dying. He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. I am going to wait and see what happens with the grass around the house. The grass itself looks beautiful. He said that there isn't shade on that side of the house, that is not their fault. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain."

"Tim showed up on time to review the job and provided an estimate on the spot.  Work was performed the next business day. Tim had estimated that the job would take no more than approx. 2 hrs and the 5-man crew had the tree down and the yard cleaned in approx. 1 hour.  The crew moved lawn furniture out of the way of the work area and returned it back when the job was completed.  Overall a very good job. Would definitely use them again.

"Dave and team did an excellent job on our yard and came to our rescue at the last minute. We had started our project planning with a different landscaper at the end of August and by the end of October only the irrigation system was finished. When it became clear they had no intention of finishing our job I reached out to Dave. He came to our rescue and would not rest until the job was completed. He is professional, punctual, communicates really well, and did an excellent job! They worked rain or shine when possible and completed the job with limited time and a week of solid rain. You really can't ask for a better team. Dave always asked me for input at every step to be sure I was satisfied with the work before moving to the next phase. His team never even left for a lunch break. One of them would pick up lunch and they would only take about a 15min break if that. You can count on Dave and his team to do a great job! "The installation went very well. It has been 3 months since the installation and the lawn looks terrific. Some of the preparation work was done on 5/24/16 and the remaining preparation work was completed and the sod installed on 5/25/16. Nick's crew were hard workers and cared about the quality of their work. Nick was very good about answering my questions during the entire process and gave me watering instructions at the end. He has also answered questions for me after the installation. Nick also helped me with a problem that was not his fault. A healthy crop of nutsedge sprang up from the sod from Super Sod. This was Super Sod's lack of quality control, not anything that Intrinity Landscaping did. Nick got Super Sod to give me two packets of Sedgehammer+ turf herbicide to spray on the nutsedge to kill it. Some areas where they can improve: 1) I think more time should have been allowed to kill off the existing vegetation. 2) the crew should have done a better job of evenly spreading the black leaf compost; I had to ask them to spread it better. The area where they dumped it had way too much and other areas of the yard did not have enough, or any at all. 3) The unlucky new guy on the crew struggled rolling the 270 lb. roller and should have had some help, thus doing a better job of removing air pockets and ensuring the sod roots are in contact with the soil underneath. I would use Intrinity Landscaping again without hesitation; there is no need to obtain a proposal from another company."
