"I canâ  t say enough about the integrity and accountability of Masters Roofing, led by Jeff Matchen. After a storm a year ago, I called them to check out damage to the roof when I found a shingle on the ground. No, there was no damage from that storm, but they did identify hail damage from an earlier storm. And after showing the damage to my insurance adjuster, they installed a new roof, paid for by insurance. The real story, though, occurred a year later, when we noticed some mold on a closet wall after some heavy rains. Jeff came out and suspected there was an issue where the shingles met a dormer. They promptly re-roofed that area, tore out some custom cabinets in the closet and took care of the damage under the sheetrock. Based on the location of the damage, and looking more closely at the source of the water, they suspected that the failure was not from their roofing work, but due to a problem with the metal roof on the dormer. Despite that suspicion, they continued to honor their original ownership of the problem, including remediating the interior damage, replacing the insulation and sheetrock, repainting and, yes, even paying for the replacement custom cabinets! Needless to say, I was greatly relieved with their decision. Their ownership of the problem and candor throughout this situation was tremendous. "We had 2 leaky roofs on 2 different houses. One around a stone chimney and the other around sky lights. Attempts at repair in the past had been unsuccessful with leaks recurring after the repairs were completed. Elite roofing assessed the problems quickly and convinced me they had the ability to fix the problems once and for all. So I agreed to the terms and the workers carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and left the areas very clean when they completed the work. I also had a new gutter with leaf guard installed. We have experienced 2 torrential rain events since then with no leaks! I am extremely pleased and well worth the price!"
