The process was extremely easy and JM made a great recommendation that saved us some money. After going to the showroom to pick out our slab, JM suggested a different slab that was more economical and that we actually liked better. After the slab selection the work was completed very quickly and scheduled to fit with the timing of the entire kitchen redesign. Installation took less than one day. JM also did our bathroom countertops and built-in desk top to match the kitchen. Their work was very high quality and looks amazing. We highly recommend this contractor."

"I hired Statesville Masonry & Decks for a covered patio and outdoor fireplace project. While portions of the work were started, the job was never completed despite full payment being made. Specifically, the contractor failed to relocate the outdoor fireplace to the agreed-upon location and did not cut an opening through the patio roof for the chimney, leaving the fireplace unusable. I made multiple attempts over several months to allow the contractor to finish the work. Several completion timelines were provided but not met, and the project was ultimately left incomplete with no refund or resolution offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."

"Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. Dented new vanity with installation. Did not use the sinks available as instructed during installation and did not include drill holes in templates, so they accidentally drilled 3 holes for each faucet instead on 1. When they had to correct this error by re-fabricating another slab, they created excessive construction delay by forcing me to re-template another virtually identical quartz slab. At the end of my project, I needed a 3” x 7” countertop side splash revised to a 3” x 11” piece due to a construction change. I tried to pay them to do this. They flat out refused and forced me to go to another fabricator, who was kind enough to generate this piece for me from a remnant for $37. I would not recommend this business!"
