"We contacted JB Deck and Fence Renewal and spoke with Adriana to schedule an estimate. She was professional but friendly! She scheduled Samantha to come out the next day and take a look at our house that desperately needed to be washed. She arrived on time, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. We accepted the proposal and when it came time to get the house washed a few days later, it was actually Samantha and a gentleman who came out to do the job. It was nice to see an owner more involved in their company. We were thrilled with the results, since my husband was convinced we just needed to replace our siding. But they brought it back to life! Its 20 and some years old (still in great shape though) so of course it shows some normal wear and tear, but they beyond exceeded my expectations for what I thought was possible. Adriana followed up with us the next day just to make sure we were happy! Will be hiring them to help with my fence next. "

"3 crews showed up as scheduled, on time. Friendly, polite and very adept at their work. Owner showed up just to check everything. They moved what had to be moved and put it back. Did a 2nd coat of paint because they thought it was needed. Used a circular scrubber on the concrete as well as power washing. Amazing results. No mess when they left. So impressed, we are hiring them to power wash and stain the deck. Not sure how they could have improved. Very satisfied."

"Terry came to the rescue again! Recent projects he has handled for us inclide: 1. A deck update. Some boards were in need of replacing 2. A complete bathroom remodel. He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. "Adam and his team were wonderful. Our project was to get our kitchen cabinets and drawers sanded and repainted, but also to have new hidden interior door hinges installed. Due to the nature/age of our cabinets, getting the hidden hinges installed involved a bit of creativity, but Adam found the solution and everything looks great. Adam and team were extremely responsive and punctual, and overall they did a great and prompt job. It was clear that they are very careful and meticulous with their work, which we appreciated.
