A to Z Pest Control was the first to respond and gave me the most affordable quote. A second company was considerably higher and the third company took a few hours to respond. He used a different product to spray the eaves and along the foundation of my house to keep insects from invading the residence. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. "They lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn’t take them with me if I moved because it wasn’t that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me.
