Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.



Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. "It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
