"I had one of their roof guys come out and look at a problem with a leaking awning over my back entry. I waited for the estimate to show up in the mail and then I waited some more. I did get a "how was our service" survey in the mail but never did see the estimate. After a few weeks I decided to call them. I was floored when he shot me the number ($18,000), but that was to do the roof on the entire house.......not at all what I was after. When I told him what I had actually wanted he gave me their hourly rate ($70/hr per person). So a couple people doing a couple day job would have been way more than I wanted to spend. In short, everyone I dealt with there was courteous and professional but the cost of there services ran deeper than what I was willing to spend."
