After paying over $6000 to have the floors in my newly purchased dream home refinished, I came home to find footprints in the stain, chatter marks, pooled staining along our baseboards, and splotchy stain throughout. I have honestly never seen floors so poorly finished. We had the company return to fix the most egregious areas of the home but could not even bear to risk having them re-do entire rooms for fear that they make the flooring even worse. "Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!
