"Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. They were very polite and more than willing to do whatever was necessary to help me complete the project as I wanted. "We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. If you are waiting for work to be done just know that it is worth it! Thanks Rightway!!!"

The hardest part of the entire process was the permitting process with city hall and they couldn’t have been more helpful in dealing with the municipal bureaucracy. Once that was behind us, the rest of the work was done to the specs provided and within the timeframe estimated. Two thumbs up for sure!"

"Brett was able to remove three trees/shrubs from the front of house without effort, trim my lavender bush to the proper height for healthy regrowth, plant mutliple hostas, ferns, transplant wisteria and a peonies  to another location, weed what seemed to be mountains of weeds, lay down cloth in designated sites to prevent regrowth, go for organic mulch to complement what I had purchased, plant and then relocate a new rose bush when the first spot did not "look right", and provide a guarantee for his work!
I felt safe with the entire crew under Brett's direction. They worked non-stop until a full 8 hours of working was complete.  I did not hear any whining, complaining, or dodging about adding techniques that I preferred which were more labor intensive.  I am pleased with their work.   My next door neighbors were excited about the skill level displayed and I introduced/shared Brett for estimates at their property which is much larger than mine.
I look forward to a long collaboration with Brett and his company.  It is well worth it!
