"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though."

"Bart came this morning to provide an estimate - he was right on time and very professional. I showed him the picture that the ductwork repairman had taken and explained where we thought it was (thought it was under the laundry room). After he checked things out, he explained that the broken board was under the half bath, not the laundry room (so wasn't shaking or becoming unstable whenever the washing machine vibrated the floor). He explained that while yes, this board was broken, it was just a 4ft boardand it had two good boards around it, one on each side. He explained that it was NOT a 12ft board that was truly supporting an entire room. He said the board was touching the water pipe, but was NOT putting any pressure on the pipe at all. He said if it was his house, he wouldn't do anything about it. But said that if it was causing me to lose sleep at night worrying about it, then he could have some guys come out & replace the board for about $500. We elected not to do anything about it with his reassurances that it would be fine. We truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism instead of just trying to make a sale. We will definitely use this company if we do need work in the future. <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"<p>   Our house failed inspection during a home purchase and I immediately called Allen at Allied Crawlspace Solutions who showed up the next day, identified the problem, offered a solution and provided a quote.  Initially he asked for $4100 because he had to drill through some extended footers.  We asked him for his best price and he lowered it to $3550. </p> <p>  Once contracted the crew showed up the next day and was immediately met with some challenges because as it turned out there were 8 footers to bust through versus the 4 he had originally quoted.  He never asked for anymore money.</p> <p>   They completed the work in 6 days.  They said it normally takes 2 days, but the footers caused a huge delay.  They also spent an additional 2 days doing nothing but replacing the vapor barrier and cleaning up under the house.  They did a fantastic job!  The sump pump that was installed with the EZ flow is working flawlessly and I can tell an immediate difference in the fact that we now have now water under the house.  That is remarkable considering there was standing water 6 days ago.  </p> <p>   I am very satisfied with the work.  The team all had a great attitude and were very patient with me as I asked questions and made recommendations on cleaning up.  </p> <p>Although it was an expensive repair it was worth every penny!  Strongly recommend these guys!!</p> <br />"
