Big Larry Designs & the Haynie’s are, by far, the worst vendor/owners I have ever done business with. That said, I do take some responsibility for the issues, as I broke my own #1 rule: NEVER, NEVER, EVER, pay a vendor in full for their product prior to delivery, especially when that product is delivered months out. A deposit is fine, full payment is a HUGE mistake. A full payment requirement puts the buyer at a distinct disadvantage when problems arise, and problems will arise. A paid in full vendor has no “skin in the game” to communicate, keep commitments, and solve issues."
