He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. "I was excited about getting the new brass faucet replacement (this was a special offer with the water heater check) because my existing one had been leaking badly for a long time.  It worked for a couple of weeks and then started leaking again.  I called them up and they came out to fix it under warranty.  They replaced it with a better quality faucet type at no charge.  It's been a few weeks, and so far, so good!
