As a professional inthe field for 40yrs. this is how I treated a perspective client. After a brief conversation and checked out the leak, he said that he would return when the weather broke. Sure enough 2 weeks later he repaired the leak around the skylight and did an inspection of the entire roof. On a final note, the estimate was fair, craftsmanship superb and work ethics second to none. Also , give the owner time to return calls, he is actually part of the working crew.
