"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

They worked meticulously around all the cables and wires and dug everything by hand and had ZERO cable slicing. "Installation crew accidentally hit a power line. That wasn't their fault is it was improperly marked. However it took nearly two weeks to get them to come back out and finish once the power line was repaired and marked. Then they never reburied a cable they dug up. A fence post cap has come off already. They left concrete in my neighbors yard. I've been emailing and calling for months now and they never came back out to fix the problems they caused. Communication is terrible, emails and voicemails go unreturned. My neighbor came over and asked if I would recommend them for his fence and I said no."
