After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. "We would highly recommend G&G Kitchen and Bath. We were a little nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted, but they needed to be updated and modernized. We weren't looking to remodel our entire kitchen. We called Frank's company after reading reviews on Angie's List. Frank came to our house and listened to our needs & concerns. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. We had our kitchen updated with paint, new cabinet doors, a new backsplash, & kitchen knobs. This can be challenging during a Covid-19 pandemic but Frank & his crew made it work within our schedule. He and his crew were professional and pleasure to work with. "We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"Paul was great! Always on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Nice clean-up when they were finished . He helped us brain storm through problems as we did our condo renovation. For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. We plan to have him back for phase 2 of renovations."
