"One of my heat pumps was so noisy my neighbor gently complained. When Dennis the technician arrived, I decided to keep an open mind. Technicians from other HVAC companies looked at the units before - for the same issue - but NONE, absolutely NONE, was as thorough as Dennis. He showed me the amount of dirt inside the pump on the street level and said the unit needed "deep cleaning" and the capacitor needed to be replaced in the unit under the deck. Dennis explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms. He took his work seriously and although he had been working for a few hours already, he did not rush through the job. Technicians from other HVAC companies did less than half the work Dennis did and told me I needed two new heat pumps! None mentioned cleaning.
