We hired Mike's Home Renovations to replace the roof on our garage a while back and were very impressed with the work they did and the spotless clean up that we hired him last spring to take on the entire downstairs remodel of our old farm house while we went away on vacation. They removed all of the paneling, drywall, ceilings, flooring surround tub and entry door. Put in new drywall and ceilings, painted, installed wood flooring and trim throughout and new walkin shower and the entry door. Mike kept us up on the work progress as it went with phone calls and pictures to us. When we returned to see the finished job we were thrilled to say the least! And once again the work site was spotless! Mike is just an all around super great guy to work with and we are hoping to hire him to replace windows this Spring. ☆☆☆☆☆ to Mike, Brittney and Brett! Clay and Kristen set very simple and clear standards of what they are going to do. They gave me a 1-hour window of when they were coming on a Saturday for the quote. Showed up in the window near the end and felt bad. They are the best to work with. They had a week off and chose to work to get us done in time for our baby’s new room! We have a little one and my wife is pregnant. They are so clean. Everyday they left the hallway spotless and the room sealed up. Fans running out the window to cut dust. They did way more than they needed to. Very flexible to little changes we needed. They were very minimal on price changes to add things and change things. Everyday they came they asked “Any questions or concerns” They really care. On top of that. The work they did was amazing. They worked with me and let me demo to save a little. But the edges are super clean re designed a closet for us. They even added a little insulation to the walls. Just great work. I have referred them to quite a few people already. "Very well. Contractor was skilled at his trade, drywall was installed, taped, and mudded in a timely and skillful manner. He was/is punctual in keeping appointment and doing the work. Gave an estimate for the job that was reasonable. When done he cleaned up the work area. Jerry did such a nice job that my wife and I will keep his card and contact him in the future for home remodeling projects."
