"The first guy who came out was not very professional.  He got my dishwasher working although now it makes a high pitch noise but it does drain anyway.  Then I had him look at the guest bath bathtub spout which had been dripping for a long time.  He took the handle part apart to see if there was a broken seal. Then he looked at the master bath which wasn't leaking in the first place.  All I wanted him to do in the master bath was look at the handle because it wasn't staying on at all.  So he took all that apart also.  Then out of nowhere he said I didn't have the right parts and something about a Moen handle and then left.  I didn't get to see what he had done till after he had gone.  I went to check and I still had a leak plus he had left all the parts out on the side of the tub. Then with the master bath, he had left the handle off and the screw was in there so tight I couldn't get it off.  I got so mad that I eventually was able to get it off and put the handle back on myself.  Once I got the handle back on, I turned the water on and found out when he ut the parts back in, he didn't put them in well enough because it was then leaking from the handle where it had never leaked before.  We called the company back and told them about it and had someone else come out and fix it for me.  This guy was very helpful and friendly and apologetic for the previous plumber.  He looked at both bathrooms and explained to me what the problems were. Then he went out and got the parts for it (after I got the estimate which looked reasonable to me) and came back and fixed both bathrooms.  The company let me have a credit on the voucher I had purchased to help pay for this second guy. I just had to pay the difference which wasn't too bad. Overall, the experience didn't start out too well but ended better.  Everything is fixed now and I don't have a leak anymore. <br />"
