They then installed brand new red oak boards and succeeded in staining them to match the original floor quite closely. Days before I was set to go on vacation, I saw signs of a problem with my bathroom floor. I called Steven Pearson of STP, he arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation, pointing out that the supports in the floor in my old house were inadequate, and the wood beams were cracked. He replaced, and increased the number of supports. Time for my vacation was approaching. He now had to retile the floor, grout, and reset toilet and sink. He worked extra hard and extra hours to get the job done on time so I would have a working bathroom available. I have to give him A+ for the extra effort, attention to detail and neatness. The job was completed with a day to spare, and I was very happy.
