Kenny & Robert arrived on time (with a remarkably well-equipped truck) and fairly quickly isolated the area that was clogged. They cleared the clog, then ran a camera through that section & adjacent sections of pipe (to be thorough) and identified the source of the problem - a cracked pipe.
