The GM, Benny, and his crew fully delivered! The same day Benny reached out to me, his crew installed a temporary tarp during the rain storm. Two days later, after the rain stopped, the roof was completely replaced, which included replacing all of the plywood and the asphalt shingles, insulation, and flashing of the chimney. Since I was out of state during the project, Benny, periodically sent pics at every stage of the project, which kept me well informed and gave me a piece of mind that I hired the right company. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material.
