"I couldnâ t have asked for a better solution to what anyone has ever experienced with refinishing and installing wood floors and would highly recommend them without reservation. Gabe and his crew were amazing and made me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. They went above and beyond in what was agreed in the original quote and I couldnâ t be happier. They over delivered on everything that was done., from removing carpet, laying a new floor(which matched perfectly with the old flooring), refinishing the old floor, refinishing our steps and upstairs landing, to installing new spindles. Gabe checked in with me every step of the way BEFORE they even began the work. He kept me updated throughout the process with pictures. They were careful or our belongings, put plastic around everything and the doorways. They cleaned up and vacuumed when they finished. There was very minimal dust which impressed me. When it comes time to install new flooring in our upstairs bedrooms, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. It was a wonderful experience and they were all a pleasure to work with. Thank you all!"

"Everything from start to finish went very well. The owner Rich listened to what my goal was. We had to knock down 2 walls and continue the existing hardwood flooring into another full room as well as into an entrance hallway. Everything was fully explained, every step was done very professionally. Keith and the other worker were excellent. Whenever I stopped by to see the work they were very respectful and helpful so I felt part of the whole experience including choosing the right stain. The finished floor is outstanding! I will try to upload a pic. I totally would and have recommended Oaktree Flooring to a friend already. Also I met with 2 other floor guys. Besides that I felt comfortable with Rich, his pricing is very fair. There was no vagueness about the price, and he appreciated the great quality of the current wood flooring that existed in the house and knew it would finish up nice. Another floor guy wanted to rip it all out and put in a new large plank floor so it would be updated. The stain we used has updated the floor, it feels and looks wonderful. Extremely pleased."

"Al and his team were amazing! The person who worked on the floors before did not know what they were doing. They left ridges in the wood, and on top of that, they stained it a cherry color which was a far different from the oak color and seemed to have applied the stain with a paint brush, with strokes going in all different directions and very visible to the eye! Al took one look and said that all the person did was buff the floor. He did not sand it properly nor applied the products properly! Al promised that my floors would come out beautifully. And they did! My floors look so great, that some thought they were newly installed! Al's team did an amazing job and we would definitely use them again!"

"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."

Second, the work itself was quality. It was a kitchen floor tiled with natural stone in a herringbone pattern. The install crew was professional and friendly too. I definitely recommend them."

"Darek and his workers are AMAZING. They consistently showed up on time and worked with us to get the job done on time. When it became obvious that our original plan for the room (replace drywall, sand, and paint) would not address all the structural issues uncovered during the demo phase, they were more than willing and able to work with us on a solution that didn't break the bank (rebuild broken staircase, rebuild pantry, replace wood and tile flooring). The finished project far exceeds our expectations."
