They were incredibly easy to deal with and super responsive to my concerns. They even covered my pool with plastic to keep any demolition of the slate roof from falling into the water. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"

He gave us detailed descriptions of what needed to be done but also did not force us to get things unless we really need to. His boss Jose helped with making this project within our budget. Benjamin the main man that did all the roof did a great job! They were clean and made sure to keep the peace within our surrounding neighbor.
