As proposed they carefully moved the furniture to the side of the rooms, removed the carpet,prepped the floor for the new vinyl plank, moved the furniture back and completed the room. "I have been preparing my house for sale, so I decided to get an estimate on having 1800 square feet of hardwood floors buffed and coated with urethane. I discussed the price over that phone. The estimated cost was 40 cents per square foot, totaling $800, contingent on inspection by the owner of Superior Hardwood Flooring, George. He arrived at my house and carefully looked at the condition of the floors throughout. He noted that much of my wood flooring is in very good condition. Some areas have minor dark spots that are the result of washing with water, over the years. George explained that the dark spots would not be improved by buffing and coating and that spending $800 would really not yield a great difference. He advised that the only way to get back to a new finish look would be to refinish everything. He further advised that by going down the path of refinishing, I could update with the darker more trendy colors, but that the cost of doing so would be significantly higher, $2.50 per square foot, and would not likely be a good return on my investment. I decided not to do anything to my wood floors and I really appreciate the professionalism and candid advise that George provided, for my particular situation."

"I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. He was always punctual and when leaving ensured the area was clean. In moving our furniture prior to/ after the job he was always careful. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do
