"Lev, his crew, and Natia in the office are all superb. We contacted Lev for a quote to replace the roof on our 135 year old three story Victorian home. He responded promptly, came over to access the job, and knew immediately what needed to be done. He left us with confidence in his knowledge of what needed to be done for a quality and thorough job. Shortly afterwards we received a price with all details of what was included in the job. It was a very fair price given the scope of the work and we contracted with him. We also contracted with him to replace all the gutters and leaders on the house. Lev and his crew began work on the promised date. They tore off the two existing layers of asphalt shingles, the original cedar shake shingles under the asphalt, and removed the original Yankee gutters (wooden). They then sheathed, papered, and shingled the roof, including a ridge vent. This old house has many gables, a mansard area, and a main hip area, so it’s a complicated roof. There is also an existing skylight and they handled all of these features with ease and expertise. Lev was on site with his crew, always working alongside them or checking on the work being done. He is not just a contractor, he’s a skilled and talented man who pays great attention to all detail. There was a ten foot piece of aluminum soffit missing at one eave and he installed new soffit there. He also took care of any areas of the existing aluminum siding that needed attention. Not only was he interested in giving us a dry home, he also wanted it to look good (hence the extra attention to the siding). He takes great pride in his work and that’s a huge plus for the homeowner, needless to say. He goes above and beyond. He (and Natia in the office) keep you informed throughout the entire process and promptly respond to any questions or requests. His crew is respectful and skilled, and they never forget that the work site isn’t just a job site, rather it’s a home/where people live. When the gutter man was here, Lev was back on site making sure everything was up to snuff and that we were pleased. He and his crew did a top-notch job cleaning up the yard and driveway, including having a crew sweep and vacuum the attic space. I should mention that we are two-zoned HVAC and he made sure the furnace/air handler in the attic –and the natural gas and refrigerant lines- were covered and protected before work began. We couldn’t be happier with Lev. He’s honest, hardworking, intelligent, and dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction. We feel like we hit the jackpot in finding him to do this job. There aren’t many out there like him. We give him the highest recommendation. Just the very best!"

"I cannot express how pleased I have been working with Elite Work Home Improvement over the past few years. My roof was replaced in December of 2016, and the results were excellent. My most recent encounter was more in-depth because I was getting ready to sell my house. A significant amount of work was required on my home prior to the sale due to the arduous task of satisfying the necessary requirements of numerous inspections. They did a large portion of the work, like the installation of a Bilco door, basement windows, additional roofing requirements, and asphalt and siding repairs."

"They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."

"Mike Sheehan came to give me an estimate for windows on March 25th. He offered the Harvey Tribune windows. He was on time, professional and very detailed. He also spoke to me about insulation as I had a lot of air leaks in my town home. Based on my interaction with him, I pretty much decided that I wanted to use his services. I asked him to send me an estimate as I wanted to get my windows done right away (I had 6 windows and a patio door to replace). He said he would send the quote by the next day, which he did not. I sent him an e-mail about a week later on March 31, and he responded on April 13, apologizing, but that he had a death in the family. He also included the quote, which was incorrect. I requested a correction, which he did and sent the next day, April 14. By then, I had contacted another company, who came and gave me an estimate. I gave Mike the benefit of the doubt and decided to write to him again and asked if they offered a different type of window than what he offered. I also reread the second quote he sent and still noticed an error on my patio door quote. I heard back from him on April 27 (he said my mail went into junk folder), he said he would rework the quote for the different windows; but by then, I went with the other company, whom I rated an A+. I thought about using him for the insulation job, but I decided against it for fear he would leave me in limbo. I could have had my windows installed earlier by the other company had I not waited on him."
