This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"We chose 5 star for our exterior remodel. Mike was professional and very helpful in helping us choose the type, style, and colors for our siding and doors. The crew that did the work were also professional and very thorough with their work. Everything came out beautifully and installed correctly. No cutting corners with these gentlemen. The price was a little higher than some other contractors, but the quality of material and quality in their workmanship was worth it. One door was delivered with the incorrect glass (distributor issue), but remedied quickly."
