They couldn't reach the pipe to replace it from the basement due to a bathroom bump out and had to excavate outside to be able to remove an old, rusted & broken cast iron pipe and replace it with PVC. The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least.
