I hope I won't see him for a while, but if anything ever comes up I know all my roofing needs will be covered! The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. "It went amazingly well. I have had other jobs done in the past, but Louis is the most professional and honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and followed through on everything he promised. There were no unpleasant surprises and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. His crew were very courteous and considerate. They were not leaving unless we were completely satisfied. They also did small things that were not contracted for no charge such as replacing our entryway door set, patching drywall and repairing damaged baseboard. They even fit in a small side job I needed done when I realized installing a heavy glass shower door was beyond my own abilities.
