She even came to my house to double check my measurements and gave me options to consider. The installers were on time and only took a couple hours to do the install. "The owner, Rick, came out to our house. ( We chose him based upon the work he did for our next door neighbor.) We had a general idea of what we wanted, and Rick helped us with the shade for two sets of windows by suggesting a shade awning off the house instead of an acutal patio awning which would require posts (cheaper and adds to the appearance of the house). Then, we wanted to extend an existing shade awning toward one side of the backyard. He came up with a simple solution that perfectly matched what we already had. He was very professional, came to do the job on time (with a helper), and completed the work within the time indicated. Everything looks great. We would strongly recommend Rick."

"Richard and his crew were very prompt. They showed up when they said that they would and they completed the work beautifully. Our back yard was desperately in need of some help. We had been taken advantage of by another contractor last year, and thanks to that earlier work, our back yard was a disaster. We first hired Richard and his crew to do some hauling. After finding their work to be reasonably priced, we decided to get an estimate from them for our yard. We also got some estimates from four other landscapers. Richard's estimate was the most reasonable. But having a lower price is one thing. What about the quality of the work? Well Richard and his guys were amazing. "We got in touch with Mountain Side Contractors on a referral and we are so glad we did! They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."

"We consulted with Dreamstyle Remodeling, since the original sunroom was a Four Seasons. Jerome Rethmel explained all the options, from replacing the sunroom with a new one through building a "sunny room." We chose to convert the space to a conventionally framed/roofed space, with matching existing exterior stucco. We were impressed with his involvement and responsiveness, and with our site manager and the many other workers involved. All put in top quality work, left the space daily fastidiously clean, and went a step beyond on a few points (e.g. window sills not in the contract). Questions were promptly answered and, if need be, details corrected. We recognize they are not the lowest cost in town, but quality and peace of mind count for a lot!"
